Claims and Litigation

Unfortunately accidents and mistakes happen regularly and if you have suffered as a result of someone else being negligent then you are entitled to be compensated for any loss or damage suffered. This applies to personal injuries as a result of road accidents, accidents at work, trips and slips and similar accidents as well as loss and damage caused by professionals that failed in their duty to you. We can advise you as to whether any potential claim has merit and discuss the pros and cons of taking the matter further. At an initial meeting with you we will also advise you of the likely costs involved and whether you might be entitled to Legal Aid. We have a great deal of experience dealing with cases in the High court down to the District Judge’s court and will strive to ensure you receive the best result possible.

Road Accidents

A. It is also important to be aware that if you have been in a road accident that wasn’t your fault, you do not have to instruct a solicitor chosen by an insurance company but instead you can instruct your own, local, solicitor, and we can provide you with the attention and personal service that can be lacking when you are just another file to be processed.

B. You should be aware that:

You are under no obligation to accept their choice of solicitor.

You are free at all times to instruct your own solicitor.

We are able to provide you with:

A replacement vehicle;

Quick and efficient repair of your vehicle;

Maximum compensation for any injuries you have sustained.

Despite what certain insurers may do, we would never recommend that you should settle a claim without the benefit of a medical report and independent advice.

Failure to consult your own solicitors will almost certainly result in you receiving less than your full entitlement for any personal injuries you sustain.

You should NEVER allow an insurance company to pressurise you into accepting less than your case is worth.
